- Upon arrival at Siem Reap International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After settling in, the rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore the city at your own pace. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of this charming Cambodian town. Overnight stay in Siem Reap.
- After breakfast at the hotel, begin your exploration of the magnificent Angkor complex. Visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom, built in the 12th century. Enter through the impressive South Gate, lined with giant statues depicting the legendary “Churning of the Ocean of Milk.” Continue to the famous Bayon Temple, known for its 54 towers adorned with more than 200 smiling faces of Avalokitesvara. The tour also includes the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, and the Terrace of the Leper King. Later, visit the iconic Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world, covering 81 hectares. This 12th-century masterpiece of classical Khmer architecture, with its five distinctive towers, is proudly featured on the Cambodian national flag. In the afternoon, explore the mystical Ta Prohm Temple, beautifully entwined with giant tree roots and left largely in its natural state since its discovery. - Following breakfast, proceed to Tonle Sap Lake for a fascinating boat ride. This is the largest permanent freshwater lake in Southeast Asia and an essential part of Cambodian life. During the cruise, witness the unique floating villages where local communities live on water, including floating schools, homes, and even a floating police station. In the afternoon, continue with a city tour starting with Wat Thmey, which houses a memorial related to the Killing Fields, offering insight into Cambodia’s history. Later, visit the Satcha Handicraft Center, Cambodia’s first handicraft center dedicated to preserving traditional craftsmanship while blending it with modern design. Here you can observe local artisans at work and discover authentic Cambodian products. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Siem Reap.
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will then be transferred to Siem Reap International Airport for your onward journey, carrying wonderful memories of Cambodia’s rich culture, history, and breathtaking temples.
